The client brief was to create and produce a complete campaign solution, from concept creation to launch. The process included producing the content narrative, creative assets, marketing material, the campaign micro site and managing delivery to the end user. The 'same only better' marketing campaign was created for team association who provide a multi-listing and business services for independent estate agents.

Having worked closely with team association for many years we had a good understand of what is a complex proposition. Team are a membership organisation of independently owned estate agents that offer true multi listing, as it is in the US, they have a common software system that allow them to share property information across their network. Membership gives it's member firms the power of the larger corporate estate agency chains whilst remaining totally independent, the best of both worlds or as our campaign proclaims 'same only better'.
